Imagine searching your whole life for answers, and then finally finding them. A part of you is excited to know the truth. Another part of you is damaged, because you realize why it was so hard to learn answers.
Secrets aren't usually very pretty. I
n the midst of all of it, the four monsters I've gotten too attached to are about to be reunited with the one woman they all once loved so deeply that they sacrificed everything to have an eternity with her.
They said they hated Arion, but I never see hatred when they're around him. I see frustration, resentment, anger, and pain, but never hatred.
They say they hate Idun, but until she returns, I won't know how true that really is. All the pretty monsters don't have simple emotions, because everyone has lived so long that it's gotten entirely too complicated to feel anything too much.
The only way to figure out what happens next is to stop stalling and start doing, while silently hoping it doesn't cost me everything I never knew I wanted...until it landed in my lap.
My life sucks so hard sometimes. 4.5 (FIVE) BOUNDLESS STARS To say I am hooked on this series is an understatement. I am obsessed. Who knew monsters would be my thing? I sure didn’t. Considering I am fed up with all things vampire. But Kristy has found a way to make me love the world again.
I LOVE Violet. She had become one of my all-time favorite characters. She can be a bit of a doormat, but it comes from a place of having such a good pure heart. I also have a feeling we haven’t seen all that Violet has to give. And as much as it’s yummy to see her with four men, I love her and Vance. And I want to see that workout. I am so team Vance. I am excited to see where the story progresses.
The only issue I have with the story is my fault. I forget to read the header of the chapter or pay close enough attention. So I have no idea who’s POV we are in. It gets frustrating when I can’t figure it out. Violet is easy, but when it’s the guys it’s impossible, and I find myself lost. I need to slow down when reading.
I am rating Gypsy Moon 4.5 Boundless Stars; it’s another excellent addition to the series.
