Peyton

I fell in love with an alien. Our world was invaded by carnivorous freaks and the Dahk swooped in and saved me and my friends. They want to save the Earth but we are our own worst enemy, or so I thought. The truth is we have no idea what's out there. Now I'm on my way to Home World. The Dahk's world. An alien world. I had no choice, it was taken from me. I tell myself I hate him but I don't. I miss him. But we have bigger problems to face. Problems I'll realize are massively more impactful than just myself and my own little space in the universe. There's no room for my hurt feelings, even though Tahk's not done hurting me.

Tahk

My mate won't speak to me. I do not blame her for her ire. But I had no choice. I have brought her to my home and I have realized how unprepared she is for my planet and my culture. I could not predict the trials we would face. I have failed her in this. But I will not let her go. She is mine, and nothing and no one will come between us.The Conclusion to Peyton and Tahk's Romance lies ahead.

***Warning. For readers 18 years and older. Contains explicit sexual situations, possible triggers, dark themes, and violence. Start of a series featuring these characters and multiple others. Some plot points will remain open throughout the series. FIVE BOUNDLESS STARS

Home World picks up almost right where Pythen left off, and Payton and her fellow humans are being whisked away to the Dahk’s Home World against their will. Payton wants to stay and help search for her mother but with Tahk having to return with the new king this cannot happen he can’t leave his Pythen behind. This is where Payton behaves like a brat not understanding why she just can’t have her way. I felt sorry for Tahk having to put up with her. Earth and its people are being destroyed, and Tahk has to return home, and instead of trying to make things easier on him she throws a fit because she didn’t get her way. I wasn’t happy with her at all. Once they reach Home World the Dahk culture is thrust upon Payton in a big way. Mainly that the males take multiple wives. If you are going to have a fit about something this is what you have a fit about, this right here. Not something he couldn’t control. Like having to escort the new King home. As you can imagine this did not go over well. The story on Home World gets so much more complex and introduces some very interesting characters, that I can’t wait to learn more about. There are politics, and plots and schemes, danger, and romance. This book had it all. The next book will jump to different characters, but I am hoping we will still get to see Payton and Tahk again. I loved them so much, and they were so much fun to read. I love this series, and I can’t wait for more. I am giving Home World (Galactic Order #2) 5 Boundless Stars, and it was so much fun.
