Bad Candy is full of lust, passion. Renee has recently been cheated on, by one of the men she thought that maybe was marriage material. Cam is the hot brother of her best friend, Kelsa. Now I love me a good forbidden romance, and this was enjoyable. But it was missing that urgency to want to finish. Renee and Cam have known each other for years, so it’s easy for them to fall into each other. There’s that rush of it being forbidden. His sister made him promise that he would never go for Renee. But you know promises, sometimes they're meant to be broken. Even though they’ve known each other for years. I was kind of surprised that Renee just jumped in and didn’t make sure he’s been tested. Because based on a previous scene in the book I would be a little worried. But when you’ve been lusting after someone for years, that flies out the window. Their plan for one night of passion doesn’t last too long. It will be interesting to see what happens in part two. Overall, I give this Four Boundless Stars.
