I was raised on the streets, so I know things are rarely as simple as they appear—especially this rich girl showing up at my pawnshop demanding a job. She’s the most tempting thing I’ve ever seen, and I’ll be damned if I can make her leave.Shit just got complicated … but when it comes to her—I want complicated. We’re both fighting our own demons, and our only chance at a future is to let go of the past. But will we be strong enough to break free from beneath these chains? FIVE BOUNDLESS STARS

I had just finished March’s newest release Savage Prince, and I wasn’t satisfied that the next book in that series wasn’t out yet. Not to mention there are several characters from The Beneath series that make cameos in other books written by March. However not finishing this series (Beneath) I wasn’t entirely sure of their backstory. Which I hate. I also couldn’t remember why I never finished The Beneath series, because it is fabulous. SMH. I mean I purchased this book forever ago and just never got around to it. Once again this book did not disappoint. It has everything that I have come to expect and love from March’s books. A great story fully realized and developed characters and a plot that keeps me on my toes. These books aren’t predictable and never dull. I just want to sit and devour them all. Sebastian York and Andi Arndt are superb narrators, the only thing that would put these books into the stratosphere would be if it was read as a duet. But alas I still loved every minute, and I am giving it 5 Boundless Stars.
