Mary is an actress but one with a reputation. A reputation that needs a little work. That’s where Chris comes in. His intentions are good and does want to help her. The best way he knows how.
Vernon’s writing always draws me in. I never wanted to put this Novella down. Even with a short amount of time. I was able to relate to the characters on some level. I almost wish this was a full novel. So I could get more of Mary and Chris.
Overall, I give this Four Boundless Stars.
