Curvy girl Pepper is accustomed to flying under everyone’s radar. Being a big girl hasn’t led to many dates or exciting adventures. All of that was about to change. Through the small-town rumor mill, Pepper learns her old teenage crush just moved back to town. Jason was the star quarterback, prom king, and also Pepper’s neighbor from across the street. One day he sees Pepper out mowing the lawn and makes her an offer of no-strings attached, no-holds barred sex that has the potential to benefit them both. Nothing quite turns out the way either of them thought it would. Click to look inside and find out what happens when the simple act of mowing the lawn turns into so much more… WARNING: This story contains a plentiful amount of graphic sex scenes (over EIGHT of them…yes, I counted…including ones involving Barbeque Sauce, Pirates, Ice Cubes, and Handcuffs). They are all M/F and absolutely consensual. If you’re looking for a sick, twisted, dark tale – please go elsewhere, you will NOT find it here. All my stories come with a guarantee that you will crack a smile, find a happily-ever-after ending, and never have to deal with an annoying cliffhanger. There’s also no cheating, no love triangles, no unicorns, and no murder.
Four Boundless Stars
I was asked to read and review Mowed in exchange for an honest review. This is the type of book that I love and can really get into. It is partly because I can relate to the main character so much. Pepper is bright, funny, yet due to her being the size she is and how cruel people are, her natural effervescence's has been stifled over years of negativity, put downs and back handed compliments. She has little self-esteem and only one real relationship that ended badly and not too long ago. So when her high school crush propositions her with a no holds sex only relationship she jumps at the chance for any kind of relationship with Jason.
Jason, who is back in town living in his parents’ basement after finding his wife cheating on him was not my favorite guy. He is a domineering asshat and he didn’t treat Pepper the way I thought he should. Yet due to her self-esteem issue she just took what he dished out. Yet, throughout their sexual journey he helps Pepper find her backbone and voice how she wants to be treated. I loved watching her change.
The story was funny at times, probably not as funny as Risata intended at least not to me but, “salty man-parts” had me dying laughing! I did find myself tearing up at the end and was surprised by the level of emotion the story brought out in me. Any time a story can bring tears to my eyes it’s a great story, I don’t tear up easily. I think that love scenes need a bit more polish and finesse and the story just needs a bit of refinement; with that it would have been perfect. So overall I am giving it 4 Boundless Stars and I am leaving you with this quote from the book I loved!
“Life is short. You might as well indulge every once in a while.”
