Starting in 1928, the families who live in a big farmhouse near Dusty Corners, Alabama are plagued and tormented by paranormal phenomena down through the years. In fact, the entire community seems to be cursed and haunted. But why? An atmospheric, old-fashioned ghost story that follows each family as they fight for survival and try to unravel the mystery of a fogbound spirit.

Five Boundless Stars

This was a really well written book. I came across this book while searching Kindle Unlimited and decided to give it a chance. It was a surprisingly good read. Three families over time have bought a house. Each family experiences strange things in and around the house. Each family also suffers some bad fates. The truth behind the house and the ghost within is soon told in the end. A restless soul lost, but not forgotten, wants its story told. I found the book to be very good. It was very suspenseful and kept me guessing through the whole book. Who is this spirit and what do they want? You eventually find out at the end, but the story as a whole is very creepy and suspenseful. I absolutely loved the way the book ended. It was a well fitting ending.
