Blurb

As the daughter of one of the biggest music moguls, I was destined to thrive in the business. I was raised in the spotlight, under the heat of the microscope, where every stumble and every mistake was watched. I learned very quickly who my friends were and how many were just out to get a piece of whatever they thought I could offer. It's been years since I put my guard up, but then Nick came along and began to tear it down. Now that my walls have crumbled at my feet, I have to wonder if he'll be there to catch my fall...

Four Boundless Stars

The story of Brooklyn, was full of tragedy and basically how to overcome it. She is the daughter of the man who made Harmen Records. She has a lot to live up to. Her past is always haunting her and the drug use that use to take up her whole life. Took her best friend and almost her life.

She is not use to someone actually caring about her, in a loving relationship type of way. That's when she runs into Nick aka Shadow. Who brings Brooklyn to life in many ways. He's there when she needs his strength. Not saying, there's no type of Drama throughout.

I really enjoy Claire's writing, though at times it tips on the over descriptive. Not to the extreme, just noticeable sometimes. The narrator of this did really really well and brought the story to life.

Overall, I give this Four Boundless stars. It had a lot of great elements and loved the music aspect.
