Five (Huge) Boundless Stars
The seventh novel in the Kara Gillian series has proven to be my favorite; I stayed up to the wee hours of the night finishing it. The imagery is breathtaking; and even now as I find myself writing this review, my mind is still wrapped up in the world Diane Rowland has brilliantly weaved together. The entire novel evoked the emotional range from love to fear; and everything in-between, but when the people you love the most in your life are the ones who have betrayed you so thoroughly, where does that leave you? Bereft, heartbroken, angry, oh yeah, there were tears while reading this. I LOVED IT, if a story can actually bring me to tears, it’s just a big WOW for me.
I am left with many questions; the series is nowhere near done, that's OK for me because I LOVE this world, I love Kara and I cannot WAIT for more! Vengeance of the Demon: Kara Gillian, Book 7 gets a HUGE 5 Boundless Stars from me! I am breathlessly awaiting book 8, Legacy of the Demon; I just hope it releases in Audiobook!
