This is an excellent guide to anyone trying to lose weight. The first few chapters read like a textbook; however, it’s only because you are learning everything about your body, your food, and how the two work together. Ryan Wood M.D. gives readers a thorough look at the best way to improve their health; I would call this more of a reference manual, than a book. Your Body includes exercise techniques, food choices, and delicious recipes. Seriously, there’s even a Peanut Butter Pie recipe!
