Synopsis
"For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." For every choice you make there are rewards, or there are consequences. It was my choice to walk away the first time. And my choice to chase her the second. But sometimes you don't get a choice, and all you get are the consequences. "Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” Unless that someone is Logan Matthews. Because loving him didn't give me the strength to walk away. It didn't give me the courage to fight for him. And when it was over, all it gave me was a broken heart.
Review by Lissa
This time we get to see Logan's side of the story. There's something about Jay's writing. About 20% in I was bawling like a baby. Like seriously, a baby. You see, how although Logan, has this exterior that seems like he's an asshole. He really isn't. He's just not use to someone like Amanda.
He feels that this could be something more but things keep getting in the way of what could be. When he finally gets the chance, it's not easy and there's a lot of bumps along the way.
Now the bumps don't end. Why Logan? Whhyyy?! This book was so heart wrenching. I feel like I felt everything they did for each other. I think it would be hard to just let go. To really truly care about someone, love them and then just disappear.
Now I have to read, More Than Him. I'm going to be really sad when this series is done.
