They say life is written in the stars... There was no way I wasn't going to fall for Carsen Wheatley. He came out of nowhere and we collided like stars in the night sky. It was fast and brutal. The buildup was slow and the burnout inevitable.

I never intended for him to be anything more than a summer fling, and he never thought of me as more than fleeting moments of happiness But the summer is only temporary, and so were we.

We are imperfect.

We are mismatched.

And we stand no chance against any of it. FIVE BOUNDLESS STARS

We are the Stars is one of those books that is beautiful from beginning till the end. Such a beautiful story of Carsen and Elliot. Elliot is a spitfire, and she’s bored. She’s bored with life. Nothing is challenging her. That is until Carsen comes along. I loved Carsen, he was deeply misunderstood and had a lot of anger coming out of him, for a good reason. But they brought out the best in each other. There’s such a deep meaning to this story. I loved how Hunter took the idea of stars and just built it into this story. It gave it this meaning that just touched you. This is another book that I wish I could hug. I know its weird, but come on! just read it. You’ll understand and then I won’t be so weird. Gah! Anyways I was surprised how much I fell into this story. There are some tough moments. I loved that they got each other, even when there’s a moment where they think it will never be the same. They gave each other that break, which was killing them. But they did it for each other. They knew that they couldn’t be their true selves until they worked on themselves. I think I might this paperback, that’s how much I loved it. So it’s obvious I’m giving this Five Boundless Stars.
